"Truly incredible! Thank you master teacher. I can feel the flow of energy inside bubbling through me, I feel like I am healing myself and I am healing those around me and the whole planet. I have been waiting my whole life for this.”
- Dan Crockett
"I loved Tara's IGNITE YOUR LIGHT Reiki program! It connected me to my intuitive gifts and gave me the confidence to channel powerful healing light to help a loved one to lessen physical pain and cross over at the end of her life. The course was excellent and Tara was very responsive to my questions when they arose.
I feel on track with my higher calling and absolutely recommend IGNITE YOUR LIGHT to others!"
- Tina Bishop
“After my Reiki attunements from Tara I helped a friend; she was having recurring nightmares after leaving an abusive relationship and after one remote Reiki session the nightmares stopped and never came back. I feel like my connection to Source is easier to sink into and flows more clearly.”
- Kelly McCormick
“My induction to Reiki through Tara's program ushered in unbelievable magical blessings. It’s as if a dark cloud was lifted from my life. My love life dramatically transformed for the better. I am being recognized in my professional life as well, to say nothing of the small blessings I receive on a daily basis. Reiki can only make your life better - embrace it!”
- Gina Donato
“I am grateful I studied Reiki with Tara, and so are my dogs as they always heal quickly from minor injuries! On one occasion, I experienced a phenomenal power operating through me, healing a dog the veterinarian thought was a hopeless case! And for that I thank my master teacher.”
- Cathie Bell
"Tara has made me feel seen and appreciated in ways unparalleled to other teachers and mentors I have had the pleasure of working with in the past.
This unbridled support opened me to the ability to heal and trust myself in ways I had previously blocked. With the lovingkindness and knowledge Tara offers, her mentorship helped me progress more quickly than I could have ever imagined.
I have noticed massive strides in my relationships with myself, others, the world, and the divine.
In our 1:1 sessions, we addressed and resolved many issues such as core wounds, past life traumas, emotional abuse and childhood traumas. This has allowed for clearing and overcoming negative patterns I had, including patterns of over-giving and under-receiving in personal and professional relationships.
IGNITE YOUR LIGHT has helped me enter a space of pure potentiality and love, strengthening my beliefs in the limitless possibilities of what I truly deserve and can achieve.
If you are considering the IGNITE YOUR LIGHT mentorship program with Tara Rose, I highly recommend it. It’s been a life-changing step in my spiritual growth, personally and as a healer."

What is Reiki and what does it do?
“Rei” means Source Consciousness and “ki” means energy. Reiki is a special frequency of divinely guided healing energy that feels deeply relaxing as it brings love, peace and harmony wherever it is sent. Reiki clears energy blockages in the body and releases unresolved emotional pain from the present or past.
In formal research studies, Reiki treatments have been clinically shown to reduce pain, improve mood and speed healing of the physical body, as well.
Reiki is a quantum technology that can be used remotely and does not require a practitioner to be in the same time or physical location as the recipient. It is equally effective whether done over the phone, internet, or in person.⁸
Once a student is initiated into Reiki through formal attunements, they can channel this healing energy at will. The channeling experience is truly effortless and, because it is innately divine, Reiki knows where to go and what to do. This makes it very safe and something that anyone can do!
Learning Reiki naturally activates your intuitive gifts and strengthens your connection to your soul or Higher Self, and this makes it a perfect first step on the path to becoming a healer! Even if you don’t expect to ultimately become a professional Reiki healer, getting attuned to Reiki will help you attract and magnetize your unique path as a lightworker.
What type of Reiki is this?
This program teaches Usui Reiki, which is the original tradition directly from the Japanese founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, in the early Twentieth Century.
However, the IGNITE YOUR LIGHT program is unique in that it also includes additional training in other aspects of intuitive healing, basic spiritual counseling, and facilitating transformation for yourself and others with regard to metaphysical laws such as Law of Attraction that you won’t find in most Reiki trainings. And it also additionally includes Tara’s guided meditations and techniques for cultivating greater self-healing/self-love, manifestation, natural remedies, etc.
Do the attunements really work in the form of recorded guided meditations?
Yes! They are equally effective as in person attunements. Many people have already done the online course and are reporting miraculous experiences. (See the testimonials above!)
Can this work with my schedule?
Yes! Everything is recorded and available for download or viewing on the course website, so you can learn at home at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Each lesson takes about one hour (not including practice time).
You can download everything to your phone or computer or access all the content online.
What if I have questions during the course?
You can ask questions on the course website and get direct answers from Tara in a timely manner. She’s very responsive! Enrollment is limited to ensure you will get prompt attention.
How soon can I begin to work as a healer and see clients?
You will be able to start practice sessions as soon as you receive the second level attunements and training in Week 4, 5 and 6. It’s not recommended to see clients professionally until you’ve gained confidence and competence from plenty of practice. If you’re uncertain, talk to your teacher and follow what feels divinely guided for you!
Why does this course require 21 days between level 1 and 2 attunements, when some teachers offer quick weekend Reiki trainings?
Usui Reiki teaches that it takes 21 days to physically integrate each of the attunements, which are activations to higher frequency light. In this course you get four attunements -- two per level. And that’s powerful!
In order to handle that major influx of light energy, a detox process unfolds as physical, emotional and energetic densities are pushed out by the Reiki to make room for it, and our nervous system takes time to recalibrate. This integration process should not be rushed through.
If we rush it, we will miss out on the full force of this healing energy; it would be like pushing it through a clogged hose.
This approach also gives more time to learn, practice and integrate the concepts and tools of each level.
Is this program useful for me if I have already been attuned to Reiki by another teacher?
Yes! Students who had already been trained by other teachers previously reported that going through this program was exceptionally powerful. They said it strengthened and amplified their existing connection to the Reiki flow and provided a new depth of knowledge as well, as this course is really comprehensive and goes above and beyond basic Reiki training to include information gathered from Tara’s firsthand experiences as a professional intuitive healer and mentor to new healers.
What is Tara's background in Reiki?
Tara has been a Reiki Master Teacher since February 2013. Her specialty is facilitating miraculous transformations for lightworkers, especially empaths seeking to address childhood trauma and emotional blocks on the vibrational level.
Beyond her Reiki work, she is also an author, speaker and transformational coach with a BA in Philosophy and MFA in Creative Writing. See the about page for more details.
