How to do a Green Goddess Diet Detox to Raise Your Vibration

When it comes to our consciousness, we really are what we eat!

The standard American diet is filled with inflammatory foods that leave us foggy, imbalanced and dense -- and most processed items, even in the “healthy" section, contain chemical additives that can be toxic to our delicate intestinal ecosystem, disrupting our mental health and causing inflammation that leads to chronic diseases. That's why choosing whole, organic foods is so essential on the journey of health, wellness and awakening - and the more plants, the better!

I originally created this to heal chronic candida related intestinal inflammation and mood imbalances in myself, and for optimal comfort and receptiveness for ascension activations and spiritual channeling. It worked super well and I lost 20 pounds of fat, too.

It is an excellent prep ahead of working with sacred medicines and:

* No cooking required

* Lowers cholesterol

* Stabilizes blood sugar

* Gives deep restful sleep

* Opens you to your highest consciousness

It is a very healing cleanse. I’ve been doing it over the past 6 months any time I have felt mentally foggy, inflamed or emotionally off kilter, and it WORKS.

Try this cleanse for a good 3 to 5 days: You'll look and feel fabulous!

Here is what to eat:

- As many cucumbers as you like!

- Organic celery, kale, ginger green juices with *no fruit* except lemon or lime (try the Evolve brand for highest vibration)

- Raw zucchini noodles with Himalayan pink salt

- Cilantro blended with water and 1 tbsp spirulina. optional to add up to 1 cup frozen unsweetened acai berry

- 1 Avocado per day

Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon water per day

Organic everything

As much of it all as you like!

Herbs to consider adding for healing gut inflammation: slippery elm, DGL licorice, aloe vera.

For uplifted mood: lemon balm, CBD, kava & passionflower
